How Keigen uses AI and how you can control your data.
What this article covers
This article explains how Keigen uses Content (your Input and the resulting Output) across our Services, including AI chat, e-shop, and loyalty points features, and how you can control whether your Content is used to train AI models.
How we use your Content
When you use Keigen Services, we may use your Content worldwide for:
- Providing, maintaining, and delivering the Services you request
- Developing and improving the quality, safety, and reliability of our Services
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
- Enforcing our User Agreement, Usage Policies, and other terms
- Ensuring the safety and security of our users and systems
AI model training
We may use your Content to train and improve our AI models, unless you opt out. Training helps us improve response quality, safety, and relevance for all users.
How to opt out
You can opt out of AI model training at any time by using our Privacy Request form. If you cannot access the form, you may email hello@keigen.co.uk with the subject line “Opt out of AI training.” Opting out will not affect our ability to provide you with the Services.
AI output limitations
AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional advice. You should independently verify any AI-generated information before relying on it.
Your rights
You retain ownership of your Input. Our Privacy Policy describes your rights regarding personal information. Our User Agreement describes the licence you grant us to use your Content.
