Content Moderation & Transparency
How Keigen moderates content and ensures transparency.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all user-generated content on Keigen Services, including text, images, files, and AI interactions.
2. Standards
Content must comply with our Usage Policies. We do not permit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or designed to manipulate trust systems.
3. Moderation Process
We use a combination of automated tools and human review. No solely automated decision with significant consequences (e.g., account termination) is made without human review.
4. Appeals
If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may appeal by emailing hello@keigen.co.uk with “Content Appeal” in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and provide a final determination within 10 business days.
5. Automated Decision-Making Transparency
You have the right to request an explanation of any moderation decision, request human review of any automated decision, and contest a decision through our appeals process.
6. Reporting Content
- Intellectual property infringement: Use our Report Infringement form.
- Defamatory content: Use our Defamation Notice form.
- Privacy or data concerns: Use our Privacy Request form.
- All other violations: Email hello@keigen.co.uk.
Serious or repeated violations may also be addressed under the Keigen Usage Policies and related enforcement provisions.
